Help! I suspect someone gained access to my bundle file

First things first: do not panic.

Your Velamnis account is protected by three layers of security:

1. The bundle file itself
2. The password protecting the encryption and signing keys in the bundle
3. Multi-factor authentication

In order to be able to gain access to your account and data, a bad actor must have access to all three elements above. Each one is supposed to be a failsafe in case the previous one was compromised, so that an attacker cannot immediately gain access to your account.

That being said, in the event that you suspect (or are certain) that your bundle and/or password might have fallen in the wrong hands, following the steps below will ensure the safeguarding of your account and render the compromised bundle useless:
